CLERK’S OFFICE CLOSURE

Due to precautions necessary because of the Coronavirus crisis, the Council’s office in the Key Centre closed from Tuesday 17th March 2020 and shall remain closed until further notice.

The Clerk is now working from home on the normal opening days of Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9am to 4pm and will also monitor urgent messages outside of those times. You may send an email to office@middlehamtowncouncil.gov.uk.   He can also be called on 07531 580499 which is a temporary number to use.

Please do not telephone the office and leave a message as this cannot be picked up.

So far as is possible, the Council is trying to operate ‘business as usual’.  Councillors contact details are shown aon the Members’ page of this website and will try and help with your enquiry.

If you are a Middleham resident and require any assistance during the coronavirus outbreak, say with shopping, care of pets, or coping with loneliness, the Councils is liaising with the joint Rectors of our Church and have assembled a list of local volunteers who are available to help.  Further details of this and local organisations and businesses who are able to help are shown in the copies of The Middleham Herald in the Documents section of this website.

If you need help, please contact one of the following:

Councillor Honor Byford: 01969 625304

Councillor Nigel Hopper: 07594 814524

Revs Liz Moody and Jeff Payne: 01969 326069 or 07443 581463 (Rev Jeff) and 07796 988302 (Rev Liz)
